We’re not seeing any cold air coming in as we spoke about in the long term trends on Friday. After a rather rainy few weeks, we are going into our first prolonged dry spell since June. Clouds gradually decrease Tuesday, and we’ll see mostly clear skies through Friday. Temperatures stay warmer than average this week as the foliage begins to peak across the mountains.
A weakening coastal low moving up the east coast brings in clouds by the weekend, and possibly a shower or two for the end of the long weekend. Temperatures drop some 5-10 degrees into the weekend.
Hopefully we’ll start to see some signs of cold, but nothing exciting as of now.
