After two beautiful spring days, we’re back to a dreary pattern and some raw conditions outside.

Temperatures will be cool through Thursday evening, before the southerlies really pick up and create some warmth, along with rain for Friday.

Most areas are likely to see over an inch of rain throughout the next 72 hours.

There will be some terrain induced rainfall out of this as well, so we could see isolated areas of 2″ from the Catskills through to Maine. Wind will also be of concern for Friday out of the S or SSE.

Behind this, we’ll have some minor snowfall in favored upslope regions of the NY/VT mountains, with a several inches possible through Sunday morning.
